As a little girl, Lisa was nick-named KRISALLIS. It was a name given to her by her favourite aunt. She always called her Krisallis, meaning butterfly. Little did Lisa's aunt realize that this name would stick to her for the rest of her life. Lisa understood the highs and lows of life since she had experienced them for herself. "I felt like the caterpillar going through many stages in life." KRISALLIS, for me, had a more profound impact on my life. I knew that each step I had to climb would bring new challenges. Some would be uncomfortable and while others would seem impossible. However, I knew if I just stuck with the process, all could be attainable in time. I understood the process and the concept of a caterpillar transforming into a butterfly. So, I embraced the name KRISALLIS and decided to make it a part of everyone I encounter in life.
