This Terms of Use Agreement (this "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and KRISALLIS ("Lisa Anderson," "us," "we," or "our") governing your use of Krisallis's websites/and any of our platforms, consultations, courses, events, products, programs, or services (collectively referred to as “Products”).

 "Website/Apps/Platforms/Online Platforms/Video Conference/Consulting Websites " and collectively the "Platforms"). By using or accessing Krisallis's Website/Platforms, Products/Services, or downloading materials from our platforms, you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement. Please read it carefully. If you do not agree to the following terms, PLEASE DO NOT purchase or use our Products/Services/Platforms.

Updates To This Agreement

We may revise or otherwise change or update this Agreement. Please check the "Last Updated" legend at the top of this page to see when this Agreement was last revised. Changes will become effective immediately after they are posted. A current version of this Agreement showing the effective date is always available at this location. We encourage you to periodically review this Agreement to see if there have been any changes that may affect you. Your continued use of our Platforms/Services/ Products will signify your continued agreement to this Agreement as it may be revised from time to time. 

International Users

Although KRISALLIS platforms/websites/services may be accessible worldwide, KRISALLIS makes no representation that materials on our platforms/websites are appropriate or available for use in locations outside the UK, and accessing them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited. Users who access KRISALLIS platforms from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws. Any offer for any product, service, and/or information made in connection with KRISALLIS is void where prohibited.

Relationship

Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be interpreted or construed to create a joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship of any kind.

Voidability

This Agreement cannot be voided by not logging in to the Member or Program website, where applicable, by not accessing or using the Services as delivered, by not attending the Program, or in any other way attempting to avoid viewing or taking delivery of the Program or Services as outlined. These actions will not void your Agreement or permit you the right to a refund.
