Business Coaching FAQ's

Who Benefits From Having A Business Coach?

Building and Managing a business is not as easy as it sounds. CEO, Entrepreneurs, and Management are constantly faced with challenges. These challenges may be leadership, turning a profit, expanding, or simply getting customers. Having a business coach is a great way to stay on top of your game, see through blind spots, cut through challenges, save time, and minimize costly pain-staking mistakes.

What Makes Me A Great Business Coach?

Over the years, I have gained 20-plus years of Business & Marketing experience working with Start-ups and Mid-size companies. I also have the pleasure of building my successful ventures from scratch. I understand the challenges that Business Owners, Leaders, and Management face on a day-to-day basis. I saw businesses fail for many reasons, most concerning the people. As a coach, I know how to bring the best out of people,  ask those thought-provoking questions, recognize others' natural abilities, and create strategies for you to shine.

How Many Sessions Do I Need?

Your goal determines the number of sessions you will need. The initial session is always the discovery period. We will talk about your goals, time frames, and what you hope to achieve and build a program around this idea.

How Do I Get The Most Out Of Coaching?

The path of coaching is an exciting journey, rich with possibility, hope, discovery, and vision. Coaching works best when you focus on “what’s good” and set goals. This is useful throughout your entire process. It’s my job to help you see possibilities. It’s your job to show up to your process. I’ll remind you over and over to focus on
what’s good as you learn to let go of what no longer serves and accomplish what you want to achieve. Change is good.

What Can I Expect For The First Session?

Our first session will be all about connecting and understanding your goals and what is important to you. This is done through an assessment. The assessment will help us evaluate your starting point, identify areas where you are stuck, help you create and define goals, and help you shift your mindset to support your desired
outcome.

What To Expect After A Session And Between Your Next Session?

The Coach may assign the Client tasks or exercises to complete between coaching sessions. There is no obligation on the Client to complete these items of ‘homework’, but not doing so may slow the Client's progress in gaining improved quality of life or achieving desired business or personal outcomes.
Where possible, Clients are requested to submit any information requested by The Coach relating to assignments at least 24 hours before the coaching session. This will allow both the Client and Coach to prepare for the session. The Coach may provide feedback on completed assignments.

The Client may contact The Coach by phone or e-mail between sessions to seek clarification regarding anything arising from a coaching session or for administrative purposes (e.g. how a Client reschedules a coaching session or make a payment). Additional coaching can also be provided
between sessions. There may be an additional charge for this. The Coach will always advise a Client in advance if the nature of a Client's contact is likely to incur an additional charge and no such charges will be imposed without the Client's agreement.

What Do Onsite Coaching Fees Consist Of?

Includes actual coaching session, 2-page document reviews, report writing/reading, and (2) 5 min follow-up contact in between sessions via email or phone.

If Professional time spent outside of coaching sessions exceeds the allotted period, including but not limited to, between session phone/video calls or email exchanges, reviewing materials of 2 pages or more, report-writing and reading, or reviewing documents outside of agreed upon allowable items will be billed on a pro-rated basis, rounded up to the nearest tenth of an hour. If I am required to attend meetings outside of my offices, you agree to pay for all time my
traveling expense to the location of such meetings. Fees for coaching sessions must be paid promptly on the day the session occurs unless otherwise agreed upon.
